Online Sessions

Some of my sessions can be conducted online via Zoom, Skype or phone or those that cannot get to the office here in Langwarrin, Mornington Peninsula.

This has proven successful with some of my Special Needs clients, clients who are highly anxious and cannot leave the house and for others who have transportation issues.

Also of great benefit is the fact that Zoom sessions can be recorded for future reference, eliminating the need for you to take notes during the session.

Other advantages of Zoom and Skype sessions are that they are great for our visual learners as I can physically show you how to practise different strategies and we can do that together in real time.  We can also have more than one family member join in on the session giving everyone the same information at the same time.  A great tool for family sessions.

Individual and/or small group (up to 4 participants) sessions available.

Suitable for:

1. All ages
   In times of illness.
2. Teens
   A great way for our teens to reach out and connect in a way they feel comfortable and in a small group setting or 1:1.
3. Adults (partners/parents or 1:1)
   Those with high anxiety and cannot leave the house, have transport issues or parents who do not have childcare options.

Programs are written to suit the individual/group but can include:

1. Family Counselling
2. Stress and anxiety management
3. Anger management
4. Emotional regulation
5. Social Skills and much more.

Sessions are payable upfront via bank tfr, Paypal or Credit card for all clients.

Fees for Individual/Family Sessions starting from:
$70 for 30 minutes (25 minutes client contact – kids 8yrs of age and under only)
$90 for 45 minutes (40 minutes client contact)
$110 for 60 minutes (55 minutes client contact)

Initial sessions are followed up with a comprehensive email outlining session notes and relevant links.
Some phone and email support is also available in between following sessions.

Fees for online group sessions and webinars vary according to length and number of participants.

Cancellation Fees:
50% of the full fee or a minimum of $50, applies to all appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice.
100% of the full fee applies to “no shows” or missed appointments.
