Working on the mind, body and spirit, Australian Bush Flower Essences use a holistic approach to help our teens regulate their stress and anxiety during study and exams. These essence blends are obtained by extracting the healing vibrational quality from the most evolved part of the plant – the flowers and work on an emotional level, harmonizing negative feelings and belief patterns held in the subconscious mind.

Remedies are made here to treat a wide variety of conditions for any age (birth and up) but the following list of blends has been put together with our high school teens in mind.  All stock bottles have been charged with Reiki and all dose bottles are lovingly prepared with colloidal silver as the natural preservative (instead of alcohol) and as such are perfect for our teens with sensory issues as there is no smell or taste, unlike essential oil blends.  They are also affordable and 100% natural so there really is no excuse not to give them a try.

Here are five blends that can help our teens regulate their stress and anxiety whilst studying and for during the actual exams themself.
