Colour Therapy uses the energy and vibration related to light and colour to facilitate healing. Every colour vibrates with its own unique energy, an energy that can help to stimulate our body’s own healing process aiding in healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
Colour Therapy is something that is easy to use and readily available as colour is all around us. The easiest way to incorporate colour therapy into your everyday life is through the eyes. Stop and look around you, take in the energy and vibration of each colour in the form of nature, décor, food and clothing. Once you become aware of how colour can affect you, you can tap into this universal energy enhancing your overall health and wellbeing.
The benefits and uses of Colour Therapy are vast but can include:

Colour Therapy Treatment and Readings – what to expect
During a healing session I apply Colour Therapy by directing light and colour via, visualisation and / or the placement of crystals to balance energy in the areas of your body that need healing on a physical, emotional, spiritual, and/or mental level.
For adults and children alike, I can incorporate Colour Therapy into a Reiki, Intuitive Healing or Holistic Counselling session offering an all-inclusive approach to healing.
Particularly for children I use Mandalas and drawing analysis where the child’s chosen colours are analysed to ascertain areas for healing.
So how can you incorporate Colour Therapy into your everyday life? Through:
- Bush Flower Essences
- Visualisation and
- Healing sessions
Whilst some colours have a calming effect, others can do the exact opposite and can exacerbate ailments so it is advisable to seek the services of a professional therapist should you wish to try this method of healing.
